• An order can be cancelled by the customer while it's still awaiting payment or verification, before the kitchen has started preparing it.
• Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
• Staff may cancel an order — for example an EFT payment that was never verified, or a cash order that was never accepted or collected — and will let you know if this happens.
• An order not collected during the collection window may be marked as a no-show at the end of the day.

To take and fulfil your order, we store your name, mobile number, order details and — for EFT orders — a copy of your proof of payment. This is used only for order fulfilment and payment reconciliation.

Proof-of-payment images are kept for 90 days. Order records are kept for 18 months, after which they are removed.

Your data is processed and stored on a server in the EU (Finland) on the owner's behalf, and remains subject to South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
